1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services, including but not limited to browsing our website, making inquiries, and placing orders for decoration services.

2. Services and Orders

Petals N Decors provides floral decoration services for various occasions including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, housewarmings, festivals, and other celebrations. By placing an order with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your event requirements, including date, venue, theme, and preferred decoration styles.
• Provide at least 7-10 days' notice for custom decoration orders, subject to availability and complexity of the design.
• Confirm your order in writing (email or WhatsApp) and make the required advance payment to secure your booking.
• Be responsible for providing accurate venue details and ensuring the venue permits decorations as per your requirements.
• Allow our team access to the venue at the agreed time for setup and removal of decorations.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website or provided via quotation are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Our pricing policy includes:

• Quotations: All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue and are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry.
• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking and reserve the date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 days before the event date.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your order within 5 days of the event date, the advance payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made 6-10 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event once without additional charges, provided you inform us at least 7 days in advance and the new date is available.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateways. Payment links will be shared upon confirmation.

4. Delivery and Setup

Our services include delivery, setup, and removal of decorations at your chosen venue. The following terms apply:

• We will arrive at the venue at the agreed time to set up decorations. Please ensure the venue is accessible and ready for setup.
• If you require setup outside of our standard operating hours (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM), additional charges may apply.
• We use fresh flowers for our decorations. While we strive to maintain the quality and freshness of flowers, environmental factors such as heat and humidity may affect their longevity.
• You are responsible for the decorations once they are set up at your venue. Please ensure guests do not damage or remove any decor items without our permission.
• We will collect our decorations after the event at a mutually agreed time. If you require early removal, please inform us in advance.

5. Refund and Return Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality decorations and services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately:

• Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If any decoration items are damaged during transit or setup, we will replace them immediately or provide a partial refund.
• Changes: Any changes to your order after confirmation may result in additional charges or may not be possible if materials have already been procured.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, or government restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Petals N Decors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
• Use our images, logos, or designs for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Copy or imitate our designs or decoration ideas for your own commercial use.

We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your data and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petals N Decors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Loss or damage to decorations caused by third parties, guests, or environmental factors at the venue.
• Any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided on our website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
